While the food is always enjoyable this location has so much room for improvement. The dislikes for me are as follows; Incredibly incredibly dirty facility. From the moment you walk in the door, to the food all over the tables, to the garbage FLYING around the parking lot. The minute you pull in there are napkins, cups, plates, everything flying around it resembles a garbage dump. I've said something to the Manager on three separate occassions, but still have yet to see anyone go out there to clean up the parking lot/patio. I'm a little surprised that Chipotle pays their employees on average $10.50/hr yet seem to be unable to hire anyone who can smile at you, greet you, or make eye contact when taking your order. Maybe some HR training could be worked into their training. And lastly, I hope you plan for at least a solid 60 minute wait time... anything less than that is unheard of.

The food was good as usual. Vegetables and cheese and what not was all fresh but the meat wasn't very fresh, a little chewy. The guacamole was alright it's usually a LOT better though. Root beer dispenser was all water, sweet tea canister wasn't filled so I only got a half of a drink. They forgot my chips so I had to go back and get them. The cashier was totally rude and pushed the bag at my girlfriend and didn't say anything except the total. Very very dirty as well. The place is totally ghetto now, terrible management obviously.

I love chipotle, however, if you love waiting in a really long and slow line then this is also the place to go. It never seems to be enough staff even if there is ten of them back there. Every Time we go to this location the line it to the door but the food is delicious.

I just can't get enough of Chipotle. Forst, everything is fresh and the staff is always helpful and welcoming. Everytime I go there, my food always tastes exactly the same. I love it and will always go back!

This location sucked when I went this week, I just ate at the Amherst location about a week before and the quality here was noticeably much less. They ran out of the corn salsa and the chicken, rice and guac had far less flavor. Overall the experience wasn't bad but compared to the Amherst location its night and day...

I am a fan of chipotle, but as other reviewers have noted this location isn't the best. Good isn't up to normal standard and the service is poor. Rude staff.

How much money have you set aside for chips this week? That's known as your "chip outlay". Which is how this place got its name. I think. This isn't Mexican food. Its not awful but it's not Mexican food. Also it's taking over the food scene and putting a lot of good family places out of business so it gets a 1. I had to come in here because my friends love it so much. I was here when I was dragged here by friends. The Burritos are really generic, like any of those college-burrito style places but more brand-ified and predictable. I should mention, I only rate national and global chains on a scale of 1-2. I rate family businesses on a scale of 3-5. Here is why: Would you rather support the local family, or the multi national corporations and the rich men on yachts in the Carribbean? Why are the parking lots of the awesome local places usually half empty (or completely empty)? Why are the chains always so busy? Why can they afford to open so late and get all the TV advertising and all the prime intersection locations? Why are they always in shopping malls? Why go and support Denny's, Chilli's, TGIF, Olive Garden, or the horrendous Applebees? These places have systematically and coldly taken over the national food scene by using the cheapest ingredients, pre-packaged frozen systematic meals that are identical across the nation, overly high prices, rude underpaid servers on way less than minimum wage, and a ridiculously expensive mass brand advertising campaign that gets inside the heads of all the kids and the 20somethings and keeps them under the illusion that if it's not a brand name, it's not worth visiting. They spend all the money they should be investing in food and service, in advertising and cornering the market - the local places can't compete - and someday all we will be left with is the same chains serving the same food all over the world. That is our future. It's the way we're heading and you know it. Every time you eat at a bland national chain, you buy into that, you support that. Boycott chains. Support your local eateries. It's an embarrassment that generic brand national chains are even listed on a proper foodie website like Yelp, let alone getting 4 and 5 stars from so called foodies. Wake up, America, before we're all just batteries in the matrix.

This Chipotle is the ****! Seriously, hands down, best Chipotle I've ever been to for sure. Totally owns the one on Niagara Falls Blvd. Owns the ones 400 miles away in New York City. The food is fresh, they're always making more. Why? Cause their portions are HUGE! My burrito bowl is always, always filled to the point they have the smush it down. They also write super cute things on it like "his" and "hers." I think that their peppers and onions there are super fragrant and delicious. Their chicken there is especially better than other places too cause it's a little charred. YUM! Otherwise, their workers are always super friendly and nice. :)

Never heard of this paticular eating establishment until this afternoon when I received a bogo in the mail for their newest location on Mile Strip Road in Hamburg which is near to the rock that I live under. I also did something unheard of, I orderred online. 2 firsts for me today. The final product, well everything was made the way I asked. The burritos (veggie and carnitas) were FANTASTIC. The pico de gallo was so fresh you could taste the bite of the red onion. The guacamole - I'm an avacado snob - was perfect. Just the right amount of salt and plenty of cilantro and taste. I also orderred the steak tacos. Beef was perfectly done and very tender. I sat here and wondering "why have I not heard of this place?". Nothing tasted mass produced. Everything was fresh and hardy. This place is going to see me a lot more and you will be seeing more of me as I grow to burrito size.

Was glad to see Chipotle made it to Buffalo. I actually first had this style of Burrito at Edritos when it was on Elmwood back in the day. When I moved to Vegas I found a Local place there called Zaba's that made them. And it wasn't until being in Vegas for like 3 years that I found out Chipotle was a chain restaurant that did them. All 3 of these places offered the ability to build a Burrito/ Taco Bowl with the same choices. Steak, Chicken, Carnitas or Veggie.... White or Brown Rice... Black or Pinto Beans... Some salsa's...Cheese and/or Sour Cream..Guacamole extra $. If you have never been to a place like this its usually $6 something for one and the Burrito is HUUUUUGE. Full meal within itself. I also give props to Chipotle for keeping up with quality of the local places and their use of hormone / antibiotic free meat, and use of local produce when possible. I mean I am not a big fan of fast food chain places. But Chipotle is definitely quality. I mean I wouldn't consider it fast food, but its always quick to order, so its actually fast. This location was clean, new and modern. Quick as usual and had steak cooked perfectly. I'll be back for sure.

$10 for a burrito and a small drink is too much to pay even if it tastes good. When I got to the register, I remembered why I don't come here.

Just hearing the word chipotle will make me salivate. I don't think I've ever had anything bad there. Food is always fresh and made right in front of you. The ingredients are simple, but very well made. Their barbacoa is addicting! Not much differs from location to location. There is usually a line here after 5ish, but that's pretty typical. Staff is very friendly and they go as quick as they can.

The food is always so fresh when we Eat here. There is usually a long line during their busy times but it moves fast. The decor is modern. The food is delicious. It's a bit pricier than other local Mexican options but it's worth it. They build your order as you stand there and the portions ate generous. The only thing is I wish there were more chips in their bags. Those portions always seem smaller compared to other similar chains. Plenty of parking too.

Had no idea this CMG was here until I happened upon it on my way out of Home Depot and Target. Went in at 12:30 and line was not long, which suggests either I caught it at the right time or it's still a hidden gem. Shhhhh! :P Lines at other locations are consistently long during the lunch rush... so I wont be surprised if this one picks up at different hours along the busy corridor. Always consistent and always good, depending on your palette. It is true, it's not authentic Mexican but neither is Taco Hell.

I love the Chipotle brand, but this particular location suffers from poorer QA and customer service.

I love Chipotle and as an avid Chipotle consumer I can say that this is a wonderful second location in Buffalo. Yes it's in the suburbs but a lot closer to the other half of the city unlike the one on the boulevard. Anyways, I digress... I love this location MORE than the Niagara Falls boulevard because I find the staff is very friendly and energetic, not to mention there is barely ever a line! Did I mention they give you ginormous portions too? I don't have to ask for more of anything because they're on top of it! Kudos Chipotle employees, you are full of win! Thank you for satisfying my delicious guacamole and burrito addiction. P.S. if you're looking for booze this location has yet to receive their liquor license, but don't let that stop you, there are plenty of places near by to get your alcoholic beverages.

This is the BEST chipotle I have ever been too. You are going to get the same quality of food from any chipotle you go to, but here you are going to get quantity. They how to give you the most food for your buck. Every time I've ordered a burrito bowl to go from here, they have a whole lot of trouble putting the to go lid on the container. I've been to the one on the Blvd. and other varieties around the US, but this is the BEST, no doubt. If you are near the Galeria mall and in the mood for some mexican check out this franchise of chipotle, trust me you'll have enough food for another meal. Holla!!

I love you, Chipotle. I only wish you were closer to my home. What can I say? This is the only place in the area to get a real burrito. They are the only ones who know how to get it done. I can't really speak to customer service, since I usually send my husband in for the order.... but the few times I have gone in I have been satisfied with service. Their burritos are just so reliable.... always awesome.... Can't they just move closer to my house?

I love Chipotle, the food is always amazing. I would suggest going before 830. The staff was totally unhappy to have to be there until closing. The cashier didn't even make eye contact. I suggest the one on Niagara Falls Blvd.

Chipotle is one of the few places that sets off fireworks on my palette. It has delicious ingredients and is always a treat for us vegetarians. I walked in this particular location on a Monday lunch hour. Monday's being Monday's needed something like this to make it better for the rest of the afternoon. Safe to say nothing of that sorts happened; I mean yeah the food hit the spot totally well but then the 2 pm nap time started to creep up on me. I was working in a lab so there was a good amount of moving around and YET my eyes got droopy every now and then. My point being - the food is that good and the quantity is well worth the bucks you pay. The staff was efficient and were quick with their stations. One can never go wrong walking into a Chipotle.

I have been to several Chipotle locations nation wide and this one is busy which would be fine but it is absurdly slow. In NYC the line can be out the door but you don't stop moving. The line never seems to move here. They need an additional cash register or at least to move faster. Also, this is a minor point but they only have lemons near the drinks, not limes. Not really a big deal but other locations have limes. Avoid at peak times.

We prefer supporting local restaurants but I like that chipotle sources from ethical farming sources. We usually go to this location once a week. They seem to give you larger portions compared to the other area locations. The lines can get long being across from the galleria mall but the staff is always quick and friendly.

It's the weekend, I understand being busy. The line feels as if its not moving at all. I'm sure this happens every weekend; but I don't get it. They really seemed short staffed tonight. No personality from anyone working. If the food wasn't usually good, I would have left. Too many choices not to make each guest feel appreciated and welcome. What's going on with the tomatoes lately? They look like a paste.

Im a Chipotle fan. I like that you can get the same thing at each location and that you know what to expect. You can have a favorite here and they are sure to have it no matter where you are. I really only ever order the burrito bowl with chicken. This location has limited easy parking, which given its location is too bad. Its also a busy location, although that may not be the case if you are not there at lunchtime (which I only ever am). As I often think in Chipotle, the music is too loud resulting in difficult comms with the employees on the service line. Ive been to better Chipotles, hence the 2 star rating. 54
